The large dining deck is really something: the immediate proximity to the sea shore, and great palm trees protect from wind and sun casting their lovely shade. this all conveys a tropical feeling. Very "Caribic-style". There are various restaurant settings with panoramic views, a 'food truck' for cocktails and the core of your day at the beach: serviced loungers and daybeds a few step down on the beach.
On the Menu - Organic Mediterranean Health and wellness are the foundation of Aiyanna's values, something that is reflected in every item on the menu: organic products direct from region wherever possible, seasonal dishes prepared "a la minute". Basque chef Ricardo Monje Sagués has taken inspiration from the Eastern Mediterranean presenting dishes like mezze sharing platters. Vegans and vegetarians are well-catered for with many dishes to chose from including superfood salads, but there's plenty for those who love ethically-reared and sourced seafood and meat. Think spanish black Paella rice with cuttlefish and fried squid, or spiced lamb brochettes.
Additional Entertainment Program at Aiyanna Next to morning yoga classes coupled with a healthy breakfast, Ayianna is hosting and Art exhibitions showcasing local artists' work. Full Moon special events with live music and DJ sessions.
The Beach Club has received Ibiza Spotlight's "eco label". To qualify recipients have to demonstrate that they are undertaking pro-environmental measures in key areas, as well as commit to doing more in the future. There are some information on Ayianna's eco policies on their website.
Practical Notes Parking can become a bit tricky in high season. Aiyanna is on a quality sandy beach.
